My carpentry skills were learned from my father — a finish carpenter and cabinet builder. He taught me how to hand select the materials it takes to build beautiful, craftsmen-level designs. As the owner of Precision Deck and Patio, I promise to be on-site at every project and operate with that same commitment to quality.

Seth, originally from Maine, brings 21 yeas of carpentry experience to his role as Project Manager at Precision Deck and Patio. He continues to specialize in finish carpentry, delivering meticulous craftsmanship and attention to detail on every project.

Frank

Frank started his carpentry career in 1996. He brings over 29 years of experience to the team with special emphasis on high-end, quality projects. He’s a “no shortcuts” kind of man and customer satisfaction is his ultimate goal.
You can tell how much pride he takes in his work when you see his precision techniques and installation methods. He is happy to help guide you through decisions, taking the stress off of you along the way.
Dalton
“I love making the customers smile.”
Dalton joins us by way of Florida. He’s been doing carpentry work in Raleigh and the surrounding areas for several years. His speciality is wood and composite decking along with beautiful railings to match! Though, he considers himself the “stair master,” stating that he’s built more stairs than anything else in his career.
His energetic, friendly and customer-centric personality will make him the perfect carpenter to helm your vision. “I love doing what I do and coming home to my family at the end of the day. Being a great father, husband and carpenter means more to me than anything in the world.”
James
A welcome addition to the Precision Deck and Patio family
James is a North Carolina native raised in Fuquay-Varina. He was introduced to hands-on work when he restored his first car, a classic 1962 Volkswagen Beetle convertible, in high school with help from a retired VW mechanic. Since then, he has worked in almost every field of skilled labor, including Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, and metal fabrication. He’s a welcome addition to the Precision Deck and Patio family because of the quality of work he’s capabile of doing and positive, can-do attitude.

A dedicated and hardworking student who has spent the past four years learning carpentry alongside his dad
Ben is a dedicated and hardworking student who has spent the past four years learning carpentry alongside his dad. After relocating from Maine to North Carolina, he joined the team at Precision Deck and Patio, where he works during summer breaks. He is eager to continue developing his craftsmanship and take on new challenges in the trade.

Precision Deck and Patio works closely with 1st Choice Drafting, a local 3D drafting company based in Raleigh, NC. 1st Choice Drafting’s goal is to work with homeowners to transform any area of the home to a warm welcoming place to relax.
